1.1 Career Consulting: Refunds may be eligible for coaching services if the request is made within [30] days from the date of the initial coaching session.

1.3 Credit management/credit repair Services: Refunds may be eligible for credit repair services if the request is made within [30] days from the date of purchase.

1.4 Financial Literacy Services Repair Services: Refunds may be eligible for credit repair services if the request is made within [30] days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Request Process:

2.1 To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at support@thejaway.com and provide your name, contact information, the service you have purchased, and the reason for the refund request.

2.2 We may require additional information and documentation to process your refund request, such as proof of purchase or any relevant supporting documents.

2.3 Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within [30] business days from the date of receipt of the request and any required supporting documents.

3. Refund Decisions:

. Coaching Services: Refunds may be granted if no coaching sessions have been conducted beyond the initial session.

. Financial Literacy Services: Refunds may be granted if no access to digital content or resources has been provided.

. Credit Repair Services: Refunds may be granted if no work has been performed on your credit file by our team.

3.2 Refund decisions will be communicated to you via email or other contact information provided during the refund request process.

4. Refund Disbursement:

4.1 Approved refunds will be disbursed using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.​

4.2 Refunds will be processed within [14] business days from the approval of the refund request.
